Available 24/7, it eliminates the need for physical attendance at administrative offices.

The e-Houwiya application caters to all Tunisians, both domestically and abroad, who are 18 years or older and possess a national identity card. This application enables users to seamlessly acquire a mobile identity in a secure and straightforward manner.

Characterized by its connection to the citizen's unique identifier, the Mobile ID operates through either the mobile device or the associated telephone number for receiving verification codes. These verification codes play a crucial role in all online access and electronic signature transactions conducted using the citizen's certificate and signature keys.
